Arusha is a fast – expanding town in Tanzania northern tourist circuit and the seat of the East African community Tanzania tourist mecca attracts nearly 70% of all tourist who visit Tanzania every year located 1640 meters [5,053 ft] above the sea level the town is the starting point for many safaris to the world-famous Serengeti national park, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire, Mount Meru and Arusha national park.
